After more than a decade of delivering world-class events, the Tobacco Dock team have decided to bring their wealth of creative expertise and immense event delivery experience to Christmas celebrations. This December they will be delivering exclusive winter parties, with all the production values and premium quality experience their clients have come to expect in the other 11 months at the venue.
Expect stunning environments, projections, soundscapes and lighting from Creative Technology, the AV team behind Eurovision and Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage; delectable menus from multi-award-winning catering team, Tobacco Dock Food and the incredible Tobacco Dock team on hand to create your dream party from enquiry to debrief.
Sylva: A Woodland Wonderland is a magical celebration of the forest in winter. The venue will transform into an enchanted woodland, complete with snowy trees, twinkling lights and even a secret grotto bar beneath the roots of the mightiest oak.
As experts in creating extraordinary and unique events, the Tobacco Dock team have created comprehensive exclusive party packages for groups of up to 6,000 people, while also leaving plenty of scope for boundless bespoke options to tailor your Sylva celebration to you.
Versatility is the watchword when it comes to the Christmas party offering at Tobacco Dock. The flexible layout of the venue allows them to create an event footprint that will fit your party to perfection. Parties of up to 150 can enjoy an elegant, seated dinner in the self-contained Dock Gallery space, while larger groups of up to as many as 6,000 guests can make the evening into a journey around the forest by combining multiple spaces in this large capacity venue. The Great Gallery serves as a stunning spot for a seated dinner, while Little Gallery serves is ideal for welcome drinks. The party can continue on the Vaults level, where North Dock will be transformed into a magical grotto nestled beneath the roots of the woodland’s mightiest tree.
