The London Suite at Mercure London Earls Court Hotel & Conference Centre is designed to accommodate a variety of events. With over 1200 sq.m. Versatile space, it sets the stage for unforgettable exhibitions, meetings, award ceremonies, and conferences. With distinctive interiors, superior sound dynamics, and lavish LED lighting tailored to client preferences, the London Suite is quickly becoming the go-to venue for 2025 events.

The venue can host six simultaneous conferences for up to 60 people each while maintaining a 595 sq.m. Display area. The pillar-free venue, with its 5-meter high ceilings, has been the canvas for various themed dinners, international concerts, and even a boxing match. The ease of access to our ground level loading area and the London Suite allows for unique showcases, including a red double- decker bus, a black cab, a tank, and luxury vehicles in our ballroom.

Additionally, we have five newly refurbished Mercure meeting rooms on the second floor, perfect for small residential meetings, training sessions, and seminars. The largest room accommodates up to 50 people in a theatre style, while the other rooms cater to smaller groups of 6 to 12 in a boardroom setup.

Over the past 18 months, we have embarked on a transformative £35 million redevelopment project to redefine luxury and comfort at our hotel. All set to conclude in March 2025, we are confident that our new rooms will offer an upgraded experience. Our newly refurbished areas along with groups lobby has already brought fresh energy to our public spaces and bespoke food and beverage outlets called “Barnaby’s”, which serves traditional cuisine with a modern twist.
