 The Chancery Rosewood

As the new year is now upon us, London’s ever-evolving venue scene continues to impress with exciting additions. From luxury hotels and high-rise dining to quirky themed bars and innovative residents' clubs, there’s something to suit every taste.

These new openings are set to enhance the city’s already diverse offering, making 2025 an even more exciting year for corporate occasions and social events alike. Here’s a look at the newest spots to consider for your next event or explore when you're next in the area:

Lucky Cat Bishopsgate

Lucky Cat Bishopsgate is where Asian-inspired cuisine meets sky-high luxury. Opening in February 2025 and will be the UK's highest restaurant, located at 22 Bishopsgate, London’s tallest skyscraper. Guests can expect refined flavours, the artistry of a world-class raw bar, and signature cocktails, all while taking in breathtaking 360° views of the city. As part of an exciting multi-floor venture by Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, the venue will sit amongst other Ramsey eateries with Bread Street Kitchen, the Gordon Ramsay Academy, and a 14-seat Chef’s Table concept, offering an elite culinary destination at the heart of London.

The Chancery Rosewood

Set to open in 2025, Chancery Rosewood is located in the former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square. This Grade II-listed building in London’s Mayfair district is currently being reimagined and will offer 137 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a signature spa, and six flagship retail spaces. Along with five gourmet restaurants and a variety of vibrant entertainment outlets, the hotel promises a refined yet dynamic experience in the heart of London. The star of the show however, is the grand ballroom accommodating up to 1,000 guests which will be of the largest in London — making this a premier destination for a range of corporate occasions and large scale events.

Cahoots Postal Office

Following the success of the Soho original, Cahoots brings its 1940s charm to Borough Yards with a new 1940’s post-office-themed bar. Set in a railway arch, this unique venue is complete with a post office frontage and guests are greeted by a "postie" when entering the main bar through a post box. Spanning two floors, the bar offers a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere with seating for up to 80 guests. This unique, creative and nostalgic addition to London’s bar scene, blends vintage flair with a lively drinking experience – perfect for a number of social corporate occasions.

The Minster Building

Located next to the River Thames and just a short walk from Tower Hill and Monument. The Minster Building is a new development set in the heart of the City. Bought to you by the renowned Cavendish venues group, this impressive space is set across two floors including a large Auditorium, two breakout rooms and an open-plan exhibition space. The interior is bright, clean and modern, and additional breakout rooms are positioned throughout the venue for private catering options, as well as allowing for up to around 25 exhibition stands in the Minster Gallery.

The Other House Covent Garden

Located in the heart of Covent Garden, The Other House is set to launch its second Residents’ Club in late 2025. This boutique style venue combines urban living with the exclusivity of a private members club. The property will feature apartment-style living with the signature Club Flats, alongside vibrant public spaces, including a bar and rooftop terrace, the Owl & Monkey bar and all-day brasserie, as well as a number of versatile event areas. A stylish addition to the West End’s hospitality scene, it combines luxury, flexibility, and community in a prime London location.
