Stunning Church available for events

This fascinating church steeped in history has undergone a transformation and is now open for corporate events. Suitable for 270 guests for seated dinner or 600 guests for receptions.
We had the amazing opportunity to pop down to Christchurch Spitalfields to meet the events team there and see all that it has to offer. Located in vibrant East London, just a stone’s throw away from Liverpool Street Station, this really is a stunning space for corporate events. The church boasts a very grand entrance with steps leading up to the impressive location, a great photo opportunity as your guests arrive. As we entered the venue we were first led into The Crypt, a ground floor space that runs the full length of the church, and was recently refurbished to create more of a versatile space within the church. The Crypt is great for more intimate events seating up to 80 guests, or can be used as a break out room or pre function area before the main event upstairs in the Nave.
We were then invited upstairs to The Nave, through an impressive glass entrance. The Nave is breath-taking, with its stunning chandeliers and Baroque features, if you are looking for a venue that will wow your guests then this is it. The two mezzanine galleries, which surround the Nave, are a great addition for entertainment to take place as your guests watch from below. As well as having that wow factor, it is a very flexible space, which can accommodate up to 270 guests for a seated dinner and up to 600 guests for a standing reception. If you are looking for a venue for a conference but want something different then this is perfect. Flooded with natural daylight, it can accommodate up to 350 guests theatre style or 180 in a cabaret style set up.
While Christchurch Spitalfields has been open to event hire for a number of years, it has previously been a dry hire venue only. However, Grayson’s Venues will now be the sole caterer for the venue, offering different catering packages to meet your requirements, and making it much more flexible and easier now to hire out this unique venue for your special event.
