Located next to the original BBC Broadcasting House, the new London venue opened in November 2019 and true to its name feels very much like a secret treehouse hidden in the back garden. When you first arrive at the hotel, you will walk through the coffee shop “Backyard” and lifts will take guests up to the hotel. 

The 95 bedroom London hotel has two main meeting spaces which are perfect for escaping and coming together in a creative environment for small meetings, boardroom style events or private dinners. Their two private dining spaces Birch and Oak have the capacity of 12 and 18 on a fixed long table.

Sustainability is at the forefront of their mind and it can be shown within their unique interior, the venue is full of reclaimed wood along with vintage or upcycled furniture. They have also had composting and recycling programmes in place and have committed to using single use plastic within the hotel.

Madera is the Mexican style restaurant on the 14th floor, the restaurant’s views of the City are breathtaking with floor to ceiling windows. The Mexican cuisine pairs bold flavours with organic ingredients, which can be complemented with the restaurant’s deliciously unique cocktails. The London venue will be selling the space for corporate events, Madera has the capacity of 190 guests for a standing reception with exclusive hire and 60 guests standing for a semi private hire. The space would be perfect for networking events, receptions and corporate parties.

The real showstopper for this unique London venue is on the 15th floor, Nest is a rooftop bar with 360 degree views of the City’s skyline as well as two large terraces either side of the bar with seating. The space is available for exclusive hire and would be the perfect backdrop for a summer party. The stunning space is able to host up to 120 guests standing inside and a further 60 guests when you are including the terraces for the summer months.
