A new chapter in our Story

After five amazing years of life in buzzing Soho, Venue Search London and Story Events have moved to our shiny new and much larger offices in London Bridge. We arrived in Soho with a small team of 12 and left there on Friday last week with 26!
We celebrated this major investment in our continued growth with a lovely glass of fizz and celebratory breakfast this morning. We want to say a big thank you to the fit out team and those at Story who gave up their evening and weekends to ensure a smooth move for us all.
Venue Search London are proud to still be based in central London, for those of you who aren't aware, we are a completely free Venue Finding Service. Being based in central London means we can spend a lot of our time discovering new and exciting venues, which means our knowledge of London is completely unrivalled. Our team has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and have placed events into hundreds of different venues in London and further afield. We work on a commission basis with venues and owing to our buying power we are able to negotiate much lower rates than you would receive directly. We have the conversations for you to negotiate the best possible deal and often our venue relationships mean that we can negotiate great deals beyond other venue finders.
Venue Search London sits beside the wonderful Story Bespoke team, our sister company who help make events stand out from the crowd with creative theming, spectacular entertainment, bespoke sweet stalls, photo booths and much, much more. They can also provide full event and logistics management to take the stress off your shoulders.
Lastly, our lovely show team works hard all year round to plan the London Christmas Party Show (taking place in May) and the London Summer Event Show (taking place in January), which are boutique exhibitions that brings together a fantastic mix of the very best London venues and suppliers with hundreds of top event buyers. The shows split event format consists of an evening event exclusively for Event Agents and a full day event dedicated to Corporate Event Buyers.
