What started 12 years ago in Jimmy’s living room in Balham borrowing tables and chairs from the local church to create a pop up restaurant, has evolved into what we are now proudly recognised as being known as; the UK’s leading owner-operated, creative catering specialists in delivering unparalleled food experiences at outstanding private parties, events and weddings.

It’s by no accident all our events are so special. Superb hospitality is at the core of what our dedicated, best-in-class and close-knit team do across all functions, from the kitchen and operations to sales and marketing. Jimmy’s philosophy of ‘no is not an option’, continues to push the boundaries and achieve remarkable events and memories for all our clients.

Our carefully sourced menus that celebrate each season, are designed and tailored accordingly for each and every brief, venue and occasion.

We are deeply committed to creating the most creative food that’s bursting with flavour, and doing so whilst leaving nothing behind. We are proud to have set a new standard in sustainability for our industry and offset all our carbon emissions by planting our own mangrove forest in Mombasa, Kenya. We don’t just incorporate sustainability into our business, it is our business. Every single one of our suppliers (local wherever possible), is also closely vetted and must be of exceptional repute and share our commitment to sustainability before we will work with them. We have just started working with the Waterloo Community Fridge who serve 100’s of people in the Waterloo area who are struggling with food poverty. We supply this brilliant initiative with all our surplus event food so nothing goes to waste.
