Hire The Great Conservatory, Syon Park (TW8 8JF)

The inspiration for the original Crystal Palace, this spectacular glass venue is offered for evening events (until midnight) from April to Mid-October. Adorned with palms, exotic trees and flowers, the Great Conservatory is still a working conservatory, and has a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere. It is perfect for exclusive summer parties, dinners and private events. The venue provides an enchanting location for an evening candelit marriage ceremony too

The pleasure grounds in front of the building are laid out in a series of formal paths and yew bushes with a fountain sporting a statue of winged Mercury. The rear of the venue gives out onto lakeside lawns. Drinks on the lawns before dinner can be very elegant, with the Cactus House used as an alternative in inclement weather.

Guests are welcome to dance and enjoy live or amplified music. The use of candles on tables in the Main Dome, and lanterns along pathways is positively encouraged to enhance the romantic summer ambience too.
