Black Swan Studio is a 3500sqft ground floor event space in an ex leather and silk warehouse on London’s Bermondsey Street. Located just South of the river and a 6 minute walk from London Bridge Station, Black Swan Studios is a perfect central location for any event.

Black Swan Studios is situated next to The Fashion & Textile Museum, and has the luxury of being in a private yard just set off the trendy Bermondsey Street - with it’s busy mix of bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Black Swan Studios retains it’s original warehouse features, offering ceilings reaching 6.5 metres, fixed rigging at 3.3 metres and Victorian style loading/sliding doors at 3.1 metres. The space is a blank canvas, decorated bright white with it’s original grey gloss concrete flooring.

The building has 1 and 3 phase electricity, WiFi, HD projectors and a fully fitted state of the art sound system.

We have a fitted bar facility with an excellent list of private caterers that can be brought in for special functions as well as a premises drinks license up to 11pm with capacity to seek Temporary Event Notices if needed for later hours.

There are 3 toilets, and an accessible/baby changing toilet.
