When used as a single space, the room has a capacity of 600 – perfect for mid- to large-sized business conferences or private events.

The Minories may alternatively be split in half, or fully split into the Bartholomew, Harpley, Beaumont and Sidney suites.

Each individual room is air-conditioned, naturally lit by floor-to-ceiling windows, and features built-in HD plasma screen monitors that can be used for projections or slideshows. Ceilings are also fitted with ambient LED coffer lights that can create bespoke lighting effects.
