The island offers a variety of period accommodation, ranging from the grand and imposing, to the quaint and cosy. Our Edwardian Manor House, complete with 10 grandiose double bedrooms, sits, dominant, looking out to sea, completed by enormous skies swamping its turrets. Our oldest properties date back over 400 years, an original farm house, characterised by narrow doorways, shrunken ceilings and creaking floorboards. The interiors of all of our properties ooze character, all having been stylishly restored, in keeping with Osea’s relaxed beach house themes. Our diverse event spaces, remnants of our ground-breaking role in WWI, provide vast blank canvases, within which, ones imagination can run wild, and any creation is possible.

Osea’s journey began almost 2000 years ago, when the enterprising Roman empire first built the tidal Causeway, still used to access the island at periods of low tide. The mark of the enterprising Romans still stands strong, as the Causeway weaves its way across the seabed, carefully designed not to be washed away by the arrival and departure of the tide.
