Hire Studio, St James Theatre (SW1E 5JA)

St James Studio space is a wonderful live entertainment space that lends itself to becoming a flexible and self-contained corporate events venue. Available for private hire during the daytime (with potential evening hire = please enquire for more details). The Studio provides an intimate setting for: team building days, product launches, small presentations, away days or creative workshops and can hold up to 100 seated plus 20 standing. It also comes with its own private bar.

• Stage size: 4.5 x 2.5 metres
• A Duty Manager and 2 Front of House staff are included with your booking (including a cloakroom attendant)
• A small dressing room may be available, please inform us when booking if it is required.

Additional equipment:

• A Steinway Baby Grand Piano is available to use, with a fee of £85 for tuning (Please note: The piano cannot be removed from the stage).
• Additional technical equipment, such as a projector, screen and radio mics, will have additional costs.
• A range of catering services are available from our bar and restaurant.
