The BP Lecture Theatre has fixed tiered seating for 323 people, a raised stage, lectern, four translation booths, large screen and an audio-visual control room providing access to state-of-the-art projection equipment.
Included in the hire of the theatre is the East Foyer, an elegant curved space suitable for registration, refreshments, exhibition stands, displays, branding and a cloakroom. All delegates can be served a standing lunch or drinks reception here, and up to 150 people can enjoy a seated meal.
